We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages to customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. You should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience working as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting. You should also have an extensive knowledge of coffee preparation methods, recipes, drinks, and menu items.

The ideal candidate must be friendly and professional with great communication skills. They should also be able to work nights and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare coffee beverages such as cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, macchiatos, etc.

-Educate customers on different types of coffee beans and brewing techniques

-Make recommendations on food items that pair well with their beverage orders

-Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to company standards

-Maintain cleanliness of work area during shifts

-Follow health and safety guidelines when preparing beverages

-Provide excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting

-Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation methods, recipes, drinks, and menu items

-Familiarity with cash register systems

-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

-Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills

-Ability to work nights and weekends when needed
