Job Title: Chef
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1,400 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for creating innovative dishes, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality. The successful candidate must be creative and passionate about cooking.

Responsibilities:
-Create new and exciting dishes that will attract customers
-Develop menus with new or improved recipes
-Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other kitchen staff
-Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality
-Ensure food safety regulations are followed
-Monitor food stock levels and order supplies when needed
-Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, safety protocols, etc.
-Assist in the development of staff training programs
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

Qualifications: -Experience as a chef in a professional setting -Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques (grilling, baking, boiling etc.) -Knowledge of food safety standards -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Excellent organizational skills -Strong communication skills both written and verbal -Ability to work well with others as part of a team -Willingness to accept feedback and use it constructively -Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends (if necessary)
