You will need to have a deep understanding of the local culture and cuisine, as well as a wealth of knowledge about international cuisines.

You must be able to work efficiently under pressure and have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire your team. You will also need excellent communication skills with both customers and staff, as well as excellent organizational skills in order to ensure smooth running of the kitchen.
