Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the successful completion of projects within the specified budget and time frame. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project objectives are met and that the project is completed within the allotted timeframe.

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and objectives. • Monitor progress against goals to ensure completion on time and within budget. • Communicate with stakeholders regarding project progress, goals, risks and solutions. • Lead team meetings to review project activities and provide guidance on achieving project objectives. • Facilitate problem solving sessions with stakeholders to resolve issues related to the project. • Provide technical advice and guidance in order to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Analyze data from various sources in order to make informed decisions regarding project execution.
• Establish processes for effective resource management including staff selection, training, performance management and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the completion of projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required • At least 5 years’ experience in a Project Management role • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget • Excellent communication skills; both written & verbal • Ability to work well under pressure & handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
