Administrative assistant vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced and organized Administrative assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: providing administrative support to the management team, preparing reports and correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining records and files, handling customer inquiries, processing orders and delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate should also have good computer skills, as well as strong communication abilities in English.

Qualifications required include a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory. We are offering a salary of 1000 AED per month and are willing to consider foreigners for the position. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
