Office Manager – Abu Dhabi (1600 AED/Month)
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, providing administrative support, and ensuring that all office policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Knowledge of office protocols and procedures
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal (Arabic is an advantage)
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administrative operations of the office including scheduling meetings and appointments, answering phones, taking messages, ordering supplies, distributing mail, etc.
• Coordinate all office activities to ensure efficient functioning of the office • Monitor employee attendance records and vacation requests • Maintain all records pertaining to staff attendance and absences • Ensure that all necessary documents are correctly filed • Liaise with external partners such as suppliers and vendors • Create reports when requested by senior management • Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
