Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1000 AED/Month

We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, managing and supervising staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required. We are open to considering immigrants as well.

Responsibilities:

-Planning and coordinating daily operations and activities of the team

-Monitoring staff performance, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and taking appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary

-Reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations

-Developing plans to increase efficiency of operations

-Identifying areas for improvement in processes or systems

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

-Strong organizational, problem solving, decision making, multitasking skills

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
