We are looking for a highly motivated HR manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary of 1800 and are also open to considering an immigrant for the role.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in managing HR activities. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks. Knowledge of international labor legislation is also essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of human resources management including recruiting, training & development, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits administration and policy & procedure drafting. They must have an understanding of the UAE labor law and be able to proactively identify potential areas of improvement in the organization’s HR processes and procedures.
