Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should be well organized, customer-oriented, and passionate about the food industry. The salary offered for this position is 1400 AED per month. We are open to consider foreigners for this role.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/culinary management or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments within the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily restaurant operations such as scheduling shifts for employees, managing inventory, and ensuring quality standards are met
• Train new hires on restaurant policies and procedures as well as customer service standards • Monitor customer feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction • Ensure compliance with all applicable health regulations concerning food handling practices • Develop strategies to increase guest satisfaction by improving service standards • Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively
