Radiologist – Abu Dhabi

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated Radiologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing diagnostic imaging services and treatments to patients using X-ray, ultrasound, CT scans and other advanced imaging techniques. The Radiologist must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other medical professionals.

Qualifications:
• MD or equivalent degree in Radiology
• Board certification in Radiology by recognized specialty board
• Previous experience as a Radiologist is preferred
• Fluency in English language (Arabic preferred)
• Ability to work with advanced imaging equipment
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients and staff
• Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software applications
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

Duties:
• Perform diagnostic radiologic examinations on patients using appropriate equipment; interpret findings based on patient history, physical examination results and laboratory results.
• Prepare reports of findings that are sent to ordering physicians for review; confer with other healthcare professionals as needed regarding patient care. • Assist other departments in ultrasound procedures when required. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards of practice; maintain records of patient information, treatments, progress notes, etc., as required by law or policy. • Maintain sophisticated equipment; ensure proper storage of images/data; keep abreast of new technologies/equipment available for use in the field.
