The Abu-Dhabi office of a leading international recruitment company is looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and selecting the best candidates for our clients’ needs and ensuring that all recruitment processes are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of current recruiting trends and practices, as well as have excellent communication skills. You will need to be able to build relationships both with potential candidates, and with hiring managers, to ensure the best fit for the job role. Your job duties include reviewing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews via video conferencing or in person, and extending offers of employment. You must also keep records of all recruitment activities and keep abreast of any changes in regulations and laws related to recruitment.
