Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 1600 AED per month

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing existing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have knowledge of the local market with experience in developing strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales
• Manage existing customer relationships
• Identify new sales opportunities
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and work to improve them
• Analyze market trends to develop sales plans accordingly
• Prepare regular reports on sales activity and performance
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role required (min 2 years)
• In-depth understanding of local market dynamics • Excellent problem-solving skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Good command of English language – spoken & written • Foreign nationals welcome to apply
