Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the company's sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. This position requires both analytical and interpersonal skills to identify customer needs, develop strategies for increasing sales, and build relationships with customers. The Sales Manager will also develop strategies to improve customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and effectively utilize company resources. Additional responsibilities include meeting with potential customers to discuss their needs and provide solutions, coordinating with other departments to ensure satisfaction of customers’ expectations, monitoring competitors’ activities, providing reports on sales progress to senior management, and attending trade shows and conferences.

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Marketing. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) are essential for this role. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role that can provide proof of eligibility to work in the UAE. Salary offered is AED 1700 per month plus benefits.
