We are looking for a professional Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. The salary offered for this role is 1700. We are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience too.

Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate construction activities;
• Supervise project personnel to ensure construction activities are completed according to project specifications;
• Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget;
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations;
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals;
• Prepare reports and recommend solutions for any problems that arise during construction;
• Monitor the quality of materials used in the construction process.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field;
• Proven working experience as a Construction Manager;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations;
• Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) & AutoCAD software.
