Surveyor

We are looking for a Surveyor for our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have experience in survey and measurement techniques, and be able to interpret a variety of technical information and data.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys to determine precise locations, measurements, and other characteristics of the Earth’s surface.
• Use specialized equipment such as total stations, electronic distance measuring equipment, global positioning systems (GPS), optical readings, aerial photographs, satellite imagery, soundings and other survey instruments.
• Record the results of surveys in sketches, notes, drawings or other documents.
• Analyze survey objectives and specifications to determine most appropriate survey methods.
• Calculate height differentials between two points using trigonometrical calculations.
• Prepare reports and map presentations of collected data.
• Manage digital databases for spatial information and geographical information systems (GIS).

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in surveying or related field.
• Knowledge of surveying theory, principles and practices used for various types of surveys.
• Proven ability in the use of surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers.

We offer a competitive salary package up to 1600 KD per month (depending on experience). We are also willing to consider applications from foreigners for this position.
