Supervisor job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


The Company is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, who can work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate should have a demonstrated ability to manage work assignments, supervise and motivate others to complete tasks on time, and report progress regularly.

The ideal Supervisor should have the ability to prioritize tasks, plan ahead, and identify areas of improvement. They should be able to provide direction and guidance to ensure that team members meet expected outcomes and objectives, while ensuring that safety standards are met. The supervisor should be comfortable working with people from different backgrounds in order to foster a positive work environment.

Experience in the same role within the similar industry is preferred but not essential. Moreover, knowledge of relevant laws & regulations would be an advantage. The job also requires that the successful candidate be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized under tight deadlines. In return we offer a competitive salary package of 1300 Kuwaiti Dinars per month along with other benefits including medical insurance and annual leave entitlement for foreigners.
