Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day operations of staff and manage workloads
• Monitor performance of staff to ensure targets are met in a timely manner
• Develop and implement strategies and systems to improve operational efficiency
• Prepare reports on staff performance, progress, and activity to upper management
• Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring adherence to safety procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
