The Room Attendant is expected to clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly and promptly, ensuring that all areas look presentable and inviting; replenish necessary guest amenities; change linens as needed; remove dirt, dust, debris, and other messes; vacuum carpets; handle guests’ requests in a timely manner; report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in the room; make sure all health protocols are observed; meet company standards on efficiency and quality of service.

The successful candidate should possess excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail. They should also be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Knowledge of basic cleaning processes is preferred but not essential as training will be provided on the job. Good customer service skills are essential since the Room Attendant will be dealing directly with guests on a daily basis. Possessing excellent communication skills in English is also beneficial for this role.
