Construction Manager Vacancy – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait with a salary of 1300. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from planning to completion.

Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in managing construction projects and possess the knowledge and skills required to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently. The person should have excellent organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
• Develop construction plans based on project specifications
• Manage the entire construction process from start to finish
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Monitor progress of construction activities on a daily basis
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Supervise staff on site and provide direction as needed
• Prepare reports on progress of projects as required
• Negotiate contracts with vendors or subcontractors

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred) • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask • Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
