Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Ability to use scissors, knives, and other tools related to floral design
• Knowledge of flower types, colors, varieties, sizes, and availability
• Good communication skills – both verbal and written
• Ability to follow instructions precisely
• Ability to lift heavy objects; must be physically fit
