Job Responsibilities
• Plan and manage projects from start to finish according to strict deadlines and within budget
• Oversee project personnel and assign individual responsibilities
• Monitor project progress continuously and make adjustments as necessary
• Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage resources including personnel, finances and equipment efficiently
• Review quality of the work completed with team members on a regular basis
• Prepare detailed reports at the end of each project phase
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects
• Proven track record of successful project management • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to lead cross-functional teams towards successful completion of projects
