Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
-Developing strategies to increase market share and profitability
-Leading sales efforts, including developing new accounts and managing existing ones
-Developing long term relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation techniques
-Managing operational activities including budgeting, reporting & forecasting etc. -Ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality products/services -Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for new products/services -Identifying areas of cost reduction or efficiency improvement -Providing guidance & advice on business matters as required

Educational And Experience Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
-Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role (preferred)
-Ability to think strategically & develop innovative solutions for achieving desired results -Strong understanding of financial management principles & practices -Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills -Fluent English language proficiency (spoken & written)
