Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office. This includes managing customer service requests, delegating tasks to staff members, ensuring all deadlines are met on time, tracking employee performance and attendance records, developing strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity, maintaining inventory levels of supplies and equipment, and resolving any conflicts that arise within the workplace. The supervisor will also be expected to provide regular updates on projects/tasks progress to management.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in an office setting as well as strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Candidates must also possess excellent customer service skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of computer programs such as MS Office is necessary for this position. We are willing to consider immigrant candidates who meet all criteria.
