Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1200 QAR per month

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha! The successful candidate should possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, have a strong work ethic, and the ability to motivate staff.

The primary responsibilities of the Supervisor include overseeing day-to-day operations of the assigned location, ensuring all staff members comply with company policies and procedures, and providing guidance to staff members as needed. Additional duties include developing procedures and processes to ensure efficient performance, monitoring staff performance, handling customer complaints or inquiries, and scheduling shifts for employees.

Applicants should have strong problem-solving skills as well as exceptional organizational abilities. The ideal candidate should also have a valid driver’s license as well as experience in a supervisory role. We are ready to consider immigrants for this position with or without experience.
