Land surveyor job vacancy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing land surveys and mapping activities, as well as analyzing measurements and data to make accurate calculations.

The position pays a salary of 1500 SAR per month and we are open to considering immigrants for this role. No experience is required, though a prior background in surveying or engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct both topographical and boundary surveys of land parcels.
• Use specialized instruments such as total stations, theodolites, electronic distance measuring devices, GPS systems, and/or level rods.
• Analyze survey data from collected field notes and measurements in order to prepare maps or other documents related to land surveys.
• Compile data regarding properties’ legal boundaries and regulations that apply to them in order to ensure clients’ compliance with local laws.
• Set up control points using GPS or total station techniques.
• Prepare survey sketches that illustrate the results of the survey activities in a clear and concise manner.
• Provide consultation services related to surveying projects when necessary.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of relevant surveying software packages (preferred).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (required).
• Excellent communication skills (required).
