Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: 1500 AED

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a passion for food and hospitality.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
• Ability to train and manage staff effectively
• Knowledge of menu planning, pricing, ordering, inventory control, etc.
• Bilingual – English & Arabic preferred but not required
• Foreigner welcome to apply

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations while ensuring quality standards are met
• Planning menus according to budget constraints and local tastes/preferences
• Scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak times
• Monitoring cash register transactions and ensuring proper record keeping procedures are followed
• Ensuring the restaurant is clean and well maintained at all times
