Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, setting goals and objectives, maintaining up-to-date records, developing marketing strategies, creating budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for keeping up with industry trends and implementing new ideas to increase revenue.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
• Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant business
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with customers and staff
• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated leadership skills; able to motivate staff members
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
