Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Salary: 1400 AED/Month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all restaurant operations. You will ensure that our restaurant meets its financial targets, delivers exceptional customer service, and provides a safe and enjoyable work environment for our staff.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems to achieve financial objectives.
• Develop marketing plans to increase sales and customer loyalty.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure quality customer service.
• Monitor food quality and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, licensing regulations, policies, procedures, and codes of practice.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain records such as daily sales reports, inventory information etc.
• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in operational performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Knowledge of local laws regarding food hygiene/safety regulations is essential.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff members to perform at their best is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively is also essential.
