Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, from ensuring that staff are providing excellent customer service, to managing food and beverage stock levels. Additional responsibilities include:

• Managing all staff in the restaurant, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance evaluation processes
• Providing a high standard of customer service and ensuring that customer needs are met
• Developing strategies to maximize profits, minimize costs and increase efficiency
• Assisting with menu development and promotions
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met
• Monitoring customer feedback and taking appropriate action.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years working experience in a similar role, as well as strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff. They should also have excellent communication skills with an ability to effectively manage customers’ expectations. We would be willing to consider an immigrant for this position, provided they can meet our requirements. The salary offered is AED 1200 per month.
