• Extensive knowledge of pastry production processes, recipes, techniques and equipment
• Understanding of nutrition and cooking techniques
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and management
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Description:
The Pastry Chef will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries that meet the company’s standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: creating recipes; developing menus; ordering ingredients; preparing high-quality pastries; overseeing the production process; overseeing food safety protocols; training staff on baking techniques; ensuring that quality standards are maintained; troubleshooting production issues; designing new products for the menu; keeping up with trends in the industry; providing customer service when needed.

Salary & Benefits:
This position offers a salary of 1700 Riyals per month. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation days, transportation allowance, meal allowance, etc.
