Duties and Responsibilities:
• Draw blood from patients in an accurate, safe, and timely manner
• Prepare samples for laboratory testing according to established procedures
• Label samples appropriately
• Maintain accurate records of blood draws
• Follow up on patient results as needed
• Maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies and equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines while working with potentially hazardous materials
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards set by the Ministry of Health

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required • Certification as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist is preferred but not required • Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial • Ability to follow directions and adhere to protocols is essential • Ability to work flexible hours if needed
