We are looking for a Tutor in Al-Kuwait to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting students in their academic studies, with a focus on improving student performance and helping achieve their educational goals. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching and education, be an excellent communicator and have a strong ability to motivate students.

The successful applicant will need to have a track record of working with children of all ages in an educational setting - the ability to work with diverse groups of people is essential. A strong knowledge base in the subject they are tutoring is also necessary; we may consider candidates without work experience if they have the relevant qualifications.

The key duties and responsibilities of this role include: assessing student needs and providing tailored learning plans; delivering lessons that meet the needs of individual students; monitoring student progress; motivating students to reach their full potential; providing feedback on performance; creating engaging lesson plans; using various teaching methods to suit different learning styles.

To be successful as our Tutor, you should possess: excellent communication skills (verbal and written); strong interpersonal skills; organisational ability; the capacity to build relationships with students quickly; good problem-solving skills; flexibility when it comes to teaching methods; the ability to effectively manage time between classes. A university degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential. We are also willing to consider applicants from outside Kuwait – provided they can prove their right to work in the country. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1400 per month.
