Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience working as a Chef, as well as knowledge in international cuisine. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1600 per month. We are open to considering immigrant applicants for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality meals according to recipes and standards set by the head chef;
• Manage kitchen operations including food preparation, ordering supplies, menu planning, staffing and sanitation;
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow;
• Ensure all food safety regulations are followed;
• Manage kitchen inventory and restocking procedures;
• Monitor portion sizes and presentation of dishes;
• Train new members of staff on kitchen processes;
• Create new recipes for daily specials.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a chef or cook in an international cuisine restaurant;
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and sanitation guidelines;
• Ability to multi-task efficiently under pressure; • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English is mandatory ; • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate others and work collaboratively as part of the team; • A passion for delivering high-quality dishes that meet customer expectations.
