To be successful in this role, you will need a valid excavator operator’s license or equivalent qualification. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Prior experience operating an excavator is preferred but not essential; we are willing to consider applicants who have no experience in this field but demonstrate enthusiasm and aptitude for it.
