We are looking to fill a Welder vacancy in Sharjah. The successful applicant will be responsible for welding components in the fabrication of products and structures. The salary offered for this role is 1300 AED per month, with a possibility of additional bonuses based on performance. We are open to consider an immigrant for this position.

The job description requires precision welding to make sure that parts fit together correctly. The Welder should be able to read blueprints and diagrams accurately in order to make sure that the proper measurements are taken during the welding process. The Welder should also be able to inspect their own work for accuracy, as well as the work of other welders. They should also be able to identify defects in welds and fix them if needed.

The duties and responsibilities include: welding components using MIG, TIG or Stick methods; cutting materials using plasma cutters; measuring precise distances; use of oxy-acetylene torches; inspecting welds for accuracy before completion; identifying defects; fitting components together using clamps or jigs; performing maintenance on welding equipment; selecting the correct type of material for each project; and following all safety protocols.

Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in welding is preferred but not required. Required skills include excellent hand-eye coordination, mechanical knowledge, good communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving abilities and a commitment to safety standards. Any certifications related to welding would also be beneficial but not essential.
