We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, be proactive and energetic, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer a salary of AED 1200 per month plus tips, and we are open to considering immigration applications for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks and other beverages following established recipes, as well as ensuring that all customer orders are accurately fulfilled in a timely manner. You must also maintain cleanliness standards in the work area and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained. Additionally, you will interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products and services provided, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Applicants must have prior experience working as a Barista in an upscale cafe or restaurant setting, be knowledgeable about different types of coffee beans and brewing methods, and possess excellent communication skills. It is also essential to have strong organizational skills and basic math skills (e.g., calculating change).
