We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in coffee preparation and customer service. We offer a competitive salary of 1800, and are open to considering immigrants for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, making delicious coffee drinks and other beverages. This role requires an individual with in-depth knowledge of coffee preparation and barista techniques, as well as excellent customer service skills.

The Barista will be expected to take orders, prepare drinks according to customers’ specifications, maintain cleanliness in the café area, serve food items, handle payments and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience. This position also involves stocking supplies such as cups, lids, stirrers, straws and syrups in accordance with the café standards.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing and friendly, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate should also have excellent attention to detail and great organizational skills.
