Position: Barista
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1400 KWD + Benefits

Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least 1 year of experience as a barista in a cafe or restaurant environment
• Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, recipes, and coffee menu items
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while providing excellent customer service
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare various coffee drinks according to customers’ preferences including espresso-based beverages, cappuccinos, lattes etc.
• Ensure that all beverages meet quality standards.
• Keep the work area clean and organized at all times.
• Follow health & safety regulations when preparing drinks.
• Assist in inventory management to ensure all necessary ingredients are available at all times.
• Greet customers and take orders.
Salary & Benefits:
• Competitive salary of 1400 KWD per month plus benefits such as medical insurance coverage, paid vacation days, etc.
