We are looking for a motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role you will be responsible for conducting surveying operations, collecting and analyzing data to establish land boundaries and determine the legal boundaries of properties. The salary is 1100 per month, and we are willing to consider a foreign applicant.

As a Land Surveyor, your main responsibilities are conducting surveys using a variety of equipment including total stations and GPS systems; accurately collecting survey data; creating detailed maps of land boundaries; researching documents related to property rights; keeping accurate records of survey activities; interpreting legal descriptions of land boundaries; developing solutions for complex problems related to surveying; providing technical advice on projects; preparing legal descriptions and other reports as needed.

To be successful in this role you should have a bachelor's degree in surveying or civil engineering plus at least two years of experience conducting land surveys. You should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations, able to work with various types of computer software, excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking abilities, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. If you have any specialized certifications or licenses it would be an advantage.
