Salary: 1200 AED/Month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Jabal-Ali, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen setting and be able to create high-quality dishes in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, managing staff, creating menus, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
• Experience in creating high-quality dishes with different ingredients.
• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• An immigrant is welcome to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen including preparing meals, managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, etc.
• Create menus for special occasions as well as daily meals with ingredients that are fresh and flavorful.
• Ensure all food items are prepared according to company recipes within set timeframes and safety standards are met at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels on a regular basis to ensure supplies are always available when needed.
• Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques as well as health & safety regulations in the workplace. • Maintain a clean working environment by adhering to all sanitation guidelines set by the company or local authorities
