Office Assistant (Kuwait)


We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. This is an urgent position and requires an individual to start immediately. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be fluent in English. Preference will be given to candidates of African nationality who can provide a valid visa and ticket for travel.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing administrative support, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, assisting with customer inquiries, creating reports and documents, and performing other related tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in an office setting and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
