Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent degree
• Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and customer service skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly upon their arrival at the café
• Prepare hot and cold drinks according to customer orders accurately
• Educate customers on coffee products offered by the café
• Maintain cleanliness standards both front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills at all times
