We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and administrative skills, an eye for detail, the ability to work under pressure, and the ability to multitask.

The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office. This includes answering phones, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, organizing office operations including ordering supplies, greeting visitors and providing general administrative assistance as needed. The Secretary will also be responsible for corresponding with clients via email or by telephone.

The successful candidate should have an Intermediate degree in Office Management or a related field, as well as at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role. We are willing to consider immigrants with relevant experience for this position. The position is full-time and offers a salary of 1600 AED/month.
