Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Light Driver to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and a good knowledge of the local area. In this role, you will be responsible for driving to various locations, delivering goods, picking up clients and performing other duties as required. We offer a competitive salary of 1400 and are prepared to consider foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:

The main duty of the Light Driver is to transport goods and clients safely from one location to another in Abu-Dhabi. You will need to plan your route according to delivery/pick up requirements and ensure that all items are delivered on time. You must also follow all local traffic laws and regulations while driving and always adhere to company policies regarding safety procedures and customer service. Other duties include maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle, carrying out minor maintenance work such as checking oil levels and tyre pressure, refueling when necessary, documenting all trips with accurate logs and records, loading/unloading cargo, collecting payments from customers when required and providing assistance with any other tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills with a valid driver's license for light vehicles (car or van). A good knowledge of the local area is essential in order for you to plan your routes effectively. You should be reliable, punctual at all times with an excellent customer service attitude. Good communication skills in English is also important for this role. Previous experience working as a driver is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
