Position: Pastry Chef
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1300 AED per month

We are looking for a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating delicious pastries, cakes and desserts while ensuring strict food safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent creative baking skills as well as knowledge of traditional and modern pastry techniques. They must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have the ability to manage their own time efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the production of all pastries, cakes and desserts in a timely manner
• Create new recipes according to customer requests
• Ensure strict food safety standards are adhered to at all times
• Maintain the highest level of hygiene when preparing food items
• Manage inventory control of ingredients
• Develop menu ideas and recipes in line with customer preferences

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment
• High school diploma or equivalent culinary degree preferred but not required
• Good knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment and presentation styles
• Ability to work independently and manage their own time efficiently
