We are looking for an experienced Tutor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting students with their learning and development, helping build their knowledge and understanding. They will act as a mentor and guide to students, providing positive reinforcement and engaging activities to promote learning.

The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background, with a degree in education or related field preferred. They need to be able to assess students’ needs and build individualized lesson plans that match the student’s abilities and interests. The individual should have excellent communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills. They must also have the ability to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel safe, secure, and motivated to learn.

The Tutor’s job duties include providing instruction in the areas of reading, writing, math, science, social studies, and other core subjects as needed; creating lesson plans; monitoring student progress; assigning work; assessing student performance; communicating with parents/guardians; attending school meetings; coordinating activities such as field trips or special events; attending professional development sessions for ongoing training; and other duties as assigned by school administrators or the Director of Education.
