HR Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 1100 AED per month


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for a full-time role in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are open to considering both local candidates and immigrants. No prior experience is required.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing HR strategies in line with the company's objectives
• Recruiting and selecting suitable candidates for vacant positions within the organization
• Administering payrolls and managing employee benefits programs
• Developing performance management systems to assess employee progress
• Ensuring compliance with labor legislation in all areas of human resources activity

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred but not essential
• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, principles, policies, and procedures • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team • Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
