Job Summary

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources operations, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, compliance with government regulations, and much more. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 and is open to both local residents and qualified foreigners.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively managing the human resources operations of the organization in accordance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable laws. Specific duties include developing strategies to attract the most suitable talent for each role; managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding; responding to employee inquiries; addressing employee grievances; providing guidance on policy interpretation; preparing reports on HR metrics; implementing or revising benefit plans; ensuring compliance with labor laws; monitoring attendance records; conducting performance appraisals and disciplinary actions when necessary; creating job descriptions; maintaining employee records.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for an experienced HR manager who has a bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field. A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role is required. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of employment laws and practices, excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills as well as good organizational skills. The successful candidate should have strong leadership qualities coupled with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Fluency in English is essential while Arabic language proficiency would be an added advantage.
