Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and overseeing the daily operations.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to increase customer base and profitability, ensuring all restaurant staff provides excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities:
• Managing daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quality service
• Developing strategies to increase customers and profits
• Overseeing staff performance, including hiring and training new staff
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with local regulations
• Responding promptly to customer complaints
• Establishing procedures for inventory control, security systems, cash flow management and scheduling employees.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/restaurant management or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary: 900 AED/month (We are ready to consider an immigrant)
