Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to lead and manage a team of staff, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor restaurant operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Plan menus according to budget and customer preferences
• Ensure that all orders are filled accurately and promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Manage staff scheduling including hiring and training
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a courteous manner
• Maintain records of employee performance, sales, etc.
• Develop marketing plans for the restaurant's products or services

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience working in restaurants as a manager or assistant manager position
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficient with computer software such as MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary: AED 1300 per month
